This policy covers the KVA Viewer iPhone app and the website at kvaviewer.com, operated by Kova Technologies LLC.

Who we are

Kova Technologies LLC (“Kova”, “we”, “us”) is the controller of the information described here. We are based in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States. Contact: admin@kovatechnologiesllc.com.

Information you give us

Device ID: the ID shown on kvaviewer.com that you type into the app so this screen can be sent to that page.

Support information: whatever you choose to include in an email to us, including an optional Device ID.

KVA Viewer does not require an account, name, payment card, or phone number.

Information created by the product

Pairing token: after you enter a Device ID, the app stores a revocable token on this device so only this install can stream to that ID. The token is not shown in the app.

Session metadata: connection times, IP address, and app or browser version, used to keep the service up and to diagnose faults.

Site analytics: aggregate page views only. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell data.

Screen data

The live screen is sent only after you agree in the app and start iOS Screen Recording, then choose KVA Viewer. Frames are relayed to whoever has that Device ID open on kvaviewer.com. We do not record, store, or review the screen. Ending the broadcast or closing the page ends the relay. The microphone and camera are not used.

Why we use this information

To run the broadcast you started; to answer support requests; to detect abuse and protect the service; and to meet legal obligations. Where the law requires consent, we ask first.

Who we share it with

We share only what a provider needs to host the site and deliver the live stream. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of people using KVA Viewer. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

A Device ID and its watch session last up to 24 hours, then expire. Session logs are kept for 90 days. Support emails are kept for two years. Unpairing the app deletes the token from this device.

Security

Traffic between the app, kvaviewer.com, and your browser is encrypted in transit. No system is perfect: if a breach affects your information, we will notify you and any regulator we are required to notify.

Your choices and rights

Stop sharing at any time from Control Center or the red status pill. Unpair in the app Settings to clear the Device ID and token on this device. You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete data we hold, or withdraw consent, by emailing admin@kovatechnologiesllc.com. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in California, you have the rights described in the CCPA/CPRA and we will not discriminate against you for using them.

Cookies

kvaviewer.com uses only what it needs to create a Device ID and show the live screen. We do not use advertising cookies.

Children

KVA Viewer is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and elsewhere. Where personal data leaves the EEA or UK, we rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

Changes

We update this policy when the product changes. The date at the top always reflects the current version. Questions go to admin@kovatechnologiesllc.com.

KVA Viewer is intended exclusively for lawful use on devices and accounts you own or that are expressly entrusted to you. Do not use it for unauthorized access, hidden recording, platform abuse, or evasion of platform enforcement.
